This was our first time shopping at Four Seasons for a RV. The whole sales process was outstanding. We loved the selection we had to choose from as well as the time Norm spent showing us the different RV units. Norm explained each unit's features in detail which we really appreciated. Terri Lynne on the Business side was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Our deal and purchase was completed very quickly. I bought a trailer there late last fall and haven't had a chance to use it yet but the service I have received to date has been friendly, professional and courteous.
I am expecting that the trailer will meet with my approval when I take it on the road this summer.

Quick and friendly
Staff were helpful. We had originally left a deposit on a camper, and upon four seasons bringing the camper on trade, they told us the camper was not in the shape they had original hoped and that they could not sell it to us. The honesty was much appreciate.

As always, Four Seasons staff have taken notes when I have requests or questions on repairs and services. Then, if needed, actions are taken to get me back on my way ASAP.
Very friendly staff and quality products
We thought that the sales process was very good. What was disturbing was the pressure put on us by the gentleman who took us through our walk through to buy items we did not want or need. If the policy of your dealership is to pay commission to these people that is fine but you should notify the sales staff to make the customer aware that they may be pressured to spend extra money in the service department that the customer does not want to spend. After we where done shopping and got home with our new rv we found that a few items we had purchased where not in the rv and they had not transferred my licence plate after I specifically asked at least twice to ensure it was done
