I'm a new owner of one of your 5th wheels. In the short period I have had my 5th wheel I'm very satisfied with the unit. The screws around the wheel skirting came loose and the skirting broke. I called four seasons to order a new one and they told me it is part of the warranty. I was very surprised and happy. Four Seasons has top notch service. We are very pleased with the after sales service that Four Season Sales has provided since we purchased our fifth wheel trailer. The service department always addresses our concerns . As a Snowbird we have been able to communicate by phone and they have assisted in anyway they could. We would definitely recommend Four Season Sales to anyone for your next RV trailer. It's worth the trip to Virden.

I have always been treated with respect by the service and sales departments and any problems I have had with the product has been looked after in a timely fashion. I have had four Jayco trailers and have enjoyed all of them.

While we are very disappointed in the new product which was renowned to be an industry leader (Montana) we have been very impressed with the service/warranty provided which has been significant. The roadside/warranty team has been tremendous and that is the reason for our likelihood to recommend the dealership. We would not recommend the Montana Rv brand. Thank you.

The mobile service

Personable staff. Staff was ready to accommodate our schedule. A couple of things were not checked prior to delivering unit . The battery covered not delivered and the decal in the front is starting to peel, i 'm sure this will be addressed . The complimentary lawn chairs were not delivered with camper.

With the purchase of our 2017 Jayco, we have had to call Four Seasons on several occasions to correct some problems within our 5th wheel. There Are more issues that need to be addressed. I trust Four Seasons will be there for us, to resolve these problems.
