the sales was seamless!! our salesman Bill was very professional and so very helpful. The finance department however I feel like was a struggle, we were not getting paperwork when told, paperwork was wrong numerous times and we had to call and have it fixed, things were added in to our sale in an underhanded way ( giving a list of the most popular packages and not including the prices and the emails were very misleading.
When it came time to pick our unit up Lawrence was amazing and very thorough he taught us everything there us to know about our new purchase and made some great suggestions of products to purchase for our rv. The service team that set up our camper amd hitch wer excellent and we thank them very much. The product itself we are very much in love with, we picked up our camper on Saturday and camper on the way home and lived every minute of it.

The camper we purchased is in excellent condition and was cleaned inside and out before we took it home. I was also very amazed at the prompt service we received. From the front desk when you first walked in to the great service dept finance dept and also sales evertone we felt with was very friendly and professional. I called about a few issues concerning the trailer that my wife and I purchased just 10 days ago. They sent out a service technician the next morning.
