The fact that we traveled from Alberta to purchase our new trailer from Four Seasons, and went back again for warranty service, shows just what our opinion is of this dealership. When we first started looking for a new trailer we emailed several dealerships throughout the western provinces to inquire on pricing for specific units. Four Seasons gave us the best price by a long ways, and they honored that price even though we didn't complete the purchase for almost two more months. As with most new trailers there were a few items that required warranty service. One of their employees in particular, Amber Potter in Service, was a delight to work with. We had several phone calls and emails with Amber, and she bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied with how these issues were going to be resolved. Amber and Four Seasons did everything we asked, with no exceptions, to make sure we were completely happy with our new trailer. If we ever are in the market for another one we will absolutely return to Four Seasons to make that purchase, and would highly highly recommend them to friends and family members.

No pushy sales team. All very friendly and helpfull. Will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and satisfied. At this point we sure are glad we shopped there and not privately.

Aleaha was wonderful to deal with. When we first came to look at trailers she was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. We are first time new customers, so it is a bit early to say how the service for potential issues will unfold. At this point, we were satisfied with our salesperson, Aleaha. She did a good job of working to find the right type of trailer for our needs and was excellent at communication, which is a very important tool for customer relations. The trailer we purchased (Grand Design Imagine 2150 RB) is nicely set up, good quality materials. Mostly pleased with the initial purchase.
