We researched and settled on the 5th wheel model we wanted. In casual conversation a friend related that his friends highly recommended Four Seasons. They were right! Right model and right price. There some minor issues as one might expect, however your service department has been extremely understanding and accommodating. No run around, all done with a smile to get us back on the road.

Your service is the best! One day my hubby was busy helping two other women get their campers ready to leave the park while he was draining our septic system. Unfortunately he left our black water valve closed when he hooked up the water to clean the black water holding tank. Our pipes burst, clamps & hangers broke, our toilet inside the camper pulled away from the floor. It was a real mess! We thought our camping would be over for a few months. WRONG!!! Four seasons fixed our camper within one week...at no charge! I recommend everyone to Four Seasons! Because of your service.

The 2012 travel trailer we purchased was the first one for us and we were treated very professionally. I am in the retail business and they were very good with us. I would recommend Four Seasons to everyone.

Your services don't end at the final sale and you treat your customers extremely well and with professionalism. I can only think of positive things to say about my experiences thus far.
When we drove out to look at our 2011 Cougar 29RBK it was in rough shape, it had just arrived and hadn't gone in to be serviced and cleaned. This was the exact layout, make, model we had been looking for for the past 8 months and was in our price range. We were promised it would be delivered to us in tip top shape, that the service department would be going through it with a fine tooth comb. Well when it pulled into our driveway, right away we noticed items that had been missed. During our first camping trip with it a couple days later the list grew.when we returned we sent an email to our sales person, Aleaha, who has been an absolute GEM to work with and she got the service department to contact us. It's unfortunate the items needing to be looked at weren't caught before hand but everyone we have dealt with at Four Seasons has been wonderful. Most of the issues have been resolved, thank you!! We have never experienced such exceptional customer service from anywhere else. Your efforts to look after your customers is wonderful. We have already recommended you to several friends/family looking for campers.
We purchased a Grand Design Imagine and this product is by far superior to the travel trailers in it's class. The service was bar none the best I have encountered. As we had been shopping for trailers for some time and had the opportunity to visit several dealerships from Manitoba to BC, we received the most courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff at Four Seasons
Service is next to none. Could use a larger display area for products. Parts and products are a little pricey but overall a great place

Quick to respond to issues. Friendly and informative. If they don't have an answer right away they will get it and get back to you. Downside. We camp out of country so tough to connect with roadside assistance when they can't come to where we are set up.

Our salesman knows our names and talks to us whenever he sees us. You have a great selection of items but they are quite pricey so sometimes are cost prohibitive. We have recommended you for your great roadside service. Remember that you started small and the service was second to none in those days. Don't lose site of where your roots are!
I appreciate the help the staff have provided especially with a special order for slide toppers that were incorrectly ordered. The staff worked through the issue until it was adequately resolved for me the customer. The staff have always been very respectful and helpful with all issues.
We have had warranty work done that was completed by the technician and looks better than the original work done on the trailer by the manufacturer! If I could make one suggestion its the length of time it takes to get the replacement mill work. I realize this has to be fabricated but we bought the trailer in March and I still have one outstanding replacement part as of August 4, 2017. The staff have reassured me this work will be completed.
Now a days, any camper you purchase anywhere else, other than Four Seasons, will tell you there is service, but in reality, there is basically "no" service. (or "call in" service) Four Seasons is one of the top companies in Canada that I know of, that has a service department that is superior to anyone else selling that kind of product..... period!
