Road service team was decent to work with, Viktoria runs a nice operation, communicates well, addressed our concerns with the warranty work and is working to have it completed.
We did express concern about the first technician that was sent out, I spoke to Viktoria about this person and asked that they not be sent back. We were uncomfortable with them possibly being around our grandchildren.
That is all I am going to say about that, you can talk to Viktoria.
Overall it has been a good experience so far.
