We had a great sales experience with Four Seasons, despite purchasing from a distance with the trailer sight unseen. The sales staff were very responsive to our questions and did several video walk-throughs with us to ease the anxiety of making such a big purchase without seeing the product in-person. They have addressed our warranty concerns within a short period of time from when we raised them and the road techs that have visited our trailer have been fantastic. I am a first time customer and I found dealing with everyone at four seasons was a wonderful experience right from the sales team to the service people. I bought a used trailer from four seasons and had a few issues. They set up a service date and came right out to the camp ground and fixed everything that needed to be repaired.
