We are first time new customers, so it is a bit early to say how the service for potential issues will unfold. At this point, we were satisfied with our salesperson, Aleaha. She did a good job of working to find the right type of trailer for our needs and was excellent at communication, which is a very important tool for customer relations. The trailer we purchased (Grand Design Imagine 2150 RB) is nicely set up, good quality materials. Mostly pleased with the initial purchase.
