the sales was seamless!! our salesman Bill was very professional and so very helpful. The finance department however I feel like was a struggle, we were not getting paperwork when told, paperwork was wrong numerous times and we had to call and have it fixed, things were added in to our sale in an underhanded way ( giving a list of the most popular packages and not including the prices and the emails were very misleading.
When it came time to pick our unit up Lawrence was amazing and very thorough he taught us everything there us to know about our new purchase and made some great suggestions of products to purchase for our rv. The service team that set up our camper amd hitch wer excellent and we thank them very much. The product itself we are very much in love with, we picked up our camper on Saturday and camper on the way home and lived every minute of it.

The camper we purchased is in excellent condition and was cleaned inside and out before we took it home. I was also very amazed at the prompt service we received. From the front desk when you first walked in to the great service dept finance dept and also sales evertone we felt with was very friendly and professional. I called about a few issues concerning the trailer that my wife and I purchased just 10 days ago. They sent out a service technician the next morning. We was very polite and assisted us to our complete satisfaction. I have already recommended a good friend to contact my sales representative to see what she can do for him.

Very accomodating and friendly staff. The products are very clean. Everyone is treated equally and shown respect. They are quick to respond to anything from answering questions or fixing something.

Every dept. that I interacted with gave me their full attention.
Often as a single older woman; I have been spoken to as though I have little or no knowledge when dealing in large purchases such as my 3/4 ton GMC and my Cougar XLite. Both at Ledingham GMC in Steinbach and at Four Seasons RV Centre in Virden; instead I was treated with respect and prompt attention to my questions.
I was more then happy to spend my money at both these establishments.
Both continue to answer my questions etc.
I have and will continue to strongly suggest to my friends that they use both these companies.

My experience dealing with your sales rep Bill Walker was very good and Danielle Hack was friendly, organized and quick to get me in and out of her office on the two occasions I was there. I would definitely consider Four Season Sales the next time I'm in the market for a used or new RV product.

Delivery and walk thru (demo) was done very well. Finance people were very patient and helpful. Sales person was barely involved. Service tech who came to my house was disappointing. He didn't bring the correct parts so he had to make a second trip. When I asked him about another concern I had he wasn't very helpful and left me to fix it on my own.
