The staff is very friendly, from the service personnel and up. Sales and parts groups are extremely knowledgeable on our trailer and any of the accessories I inquired about. It was convenient, that they had a service car we could use while waiting for our trailer.

Sales staff as well as service department were very helpful with any questions we had. They were very laid back and not pushy like other sales people. U guys carry a wide variety of products witch aloud use to find exactly what we were looking for and with in price range. We also felt that we got a very fair trade in price

Excellent service and follow up (ie) we were in Phoenix and I called to find out how to work our brew camper and were most impressed by the level of serviice..

When we bought a new camper, almost everything was well explained. Any warranty work we required was done where the camper was, ( at the Lake ). The sales staff were friendly and no questions were
considered " dumb ".

All the staff our helpful, courteous and friendly. Our trailer was completely ready to go as promised and Chris that did our demo was very knowledgeable of all the features and workings of our trailers.

We purchased a 2014 Outback this past summer and have dealt on line to trade it off on a 2015 Rockwood. Although we have yet to physically see the new trailer we have been assured that it is what we want or else the deposit can be applied to a different unit.
