I like the personal interest and helpful staff. There could be more attention to not missing things in pre-delvery. my tank drain valves were left open and waste water and sewage ran on the ground as soon as I took off the cap. Furnace had no air flow in front area of bathroom bedroom and very little in rear area. They did fix it promptly when brought to their attention on Monday morning so we could drive the 300 km. home.

We traded in a 2004 5th wheeler for a 2010 5th wheeler. It was VERY obvious that the 2010 had beenb carefully gone over to ensure 1.) cleanliness inside and out, 2.) mechanically sound. We got a walkthrough with a knowledgeable technician who explained the whereabouts and operation of all components, plumbing, etc. etc. We were provided with options as to extended warranty and upgrades. When we drove away with our 5th wheel trailer in tow,there was none of that "uneasy feeling": that sometimes comes with buying a used vehicle. Oh, and the staff at Four Seasons are very nice to deal with!

Everything went smoothly while I was purchasing the trailer. Only issue I had was when I borrowed the company van I left my paper work on the visor. I text the salesperson 3 times through out the day to no response. So I emailed Daniele and she was able to track it down and mail it back to me. Even the receptionist tried to help but she couldn't find it.
It's no biggie but I'm sure if I was looking to purchase something i would've gotten a response back from sales like I did when I was making a deal.
That about it.

Friendly helpful staff, good selection of product

Everybody from sales to finance to service was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the Jayco product. They even came through on some minor issues we had with the trailer. A wonderful experience over the last dealer we dealt with...here you really feel like they care not just get the sale and goodbye.
