I've already referred you guys and will continue to. So far I can only comment on the buying and pick up process. I have a current service work order in so I'll soon see how that plays out. The buying experience was fantastic and very enjoyable. Marlon is amazing and works very hard to please his customers. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful during the trade, pick-up and walk-thru. So impressed with the organization and smooth handling of the process. A shout out to Garth and Leonard for all their help. Couple of issues came up in the walk-thru and everything that could be was dealt with immediately and parts ordered. We left very confident in our purchase and hope to have continued great relations with Four Seasons going forward.

The friendly staff was very helpful. I pulled up with my trailer that I was trading in and they took care of the rest. They unhooked the old trailer and swapped out my sway bar/equalizer hitch. They provided me with a courtesy car to go to autopac to pick up my new insurance/registration while they were finishing up installing some added roof covers I'd asked for. Garth was extremely great to deal with. I had him upgrade the tires and he changed the kitchen table support bracket to the one I was looking for. There were a few small manufacturer defects in the trailer that they are going to correct hopefully in the near future. I will definitely deal with Four Seasons Sales again in the future.
