Our salesman stayed late (past closing) to thoroughly familiarize my wife and I with the RV we were interested in!! Then when we picked up our new (to us) unit, the technician showed us through the interior and exterior to thoroughly familiarize us with every single feature, operational feature so that we could use and operate our new unit and not have to worry about anything!!My wife and I were both very impressed!!
