The appropriate time was taken to answer all my questions/concerns about issues with my unit. I have had my unit in for repairs 3 times in the last two years and have been satisfied with the work completed. I have been asked by a few people why I would purchase a product from a company 3.5 hours away from where I live. It's because of the service!

Four Seasons went above and beyond to get me into the exact camper that I wanted. When I expressed interest in a camper that was coming onto the lot my salesman went out and took pictures before the sellers truck was even unhooked from it...now that's fast!!! And he finally cleared up the mystery of GVWR!! Lastly the service was unbelievable...even after delivery you came out and fixed a blind on my used camper...who does that?? I told all my friends that story...

Coming from out of province I had very limited exposure to the unit prior to pick up. Jesse in sales recognized this and provided excellent detail on the unit prior to my arrival.
When I arrived for pick up the staff recognized that I had greater than 10hr drive ahead of me and several people worked very hard to address any deficiencies quickly and get me on the road.
Since returned home the unit has proven itself and I have already recommended Four Seasons to several individuals. Not only is the price worth the drive but the service is unlike anything I've received at other dealerships. Very impressed.

After sales service!

Huge selection and friendly staff.

Your service is top notch. We live in Winnipeg and had a problem with water leakage. The repair person went to seal it up but put his hand into the wall and came to show us his wet hand. He said this has to be fixed properly therefore it has to go back to the shop. He could have sealed it up and we wouldn't of known the difference. We have been promoting Four Seasons to everyone we know. If we ever buy another trailer we will only buy from Four Seasons

We really appreciate the service you provided when we picked up our Keystone Sprinter. The tour and explanations of the trailer were detailed and very helpful. In the last 40 years or so we have purchased a number of units from various dealers. We have never received the level of service provided by Four Seasons. So far the trailer is everything we hoped for and more. We have already bragged a lot about Four Seasons. I love the jacket Jesse gave me as well as the light. My wife is waiting for her jacket. Jesse didn't have the right size/color for her. Thanks again and God bless!!!!

The friendliness of the staff

I liked the extent of services provided and the location of your business. Easy access to the open highway. Closer to my home then Winnipeg or Saskatoon.

Love the trailer overall. Pulls quite well with a 1/2 ton. The 2 hour orientation was quite good except it was a month before we actually used the trailer so didn't remember everything we learned. The trailer interior was not quite as clean as I expected when we picked it up. We still seem to shake out some saw dust every time we move it around, not sure if that is normal. Have had a couple small issues that the service has resolved quickly.
