The people

On site service for warranty is very important to us and thus far we have had one on site service appointment for warranty issues with more to come. Not having to fight over fixing things up that aren't right is also appreciated.

As for the trailer itself, Keystone Montana, we are little disappointed in a few things in the construction and equipment used within the unit. Given it's reputation for being a top seller for the last 10 years we expected higher quality.
We have had numerous RV's over the last 30 years so we do have comparisons that we can make.

Four seasons staff have always been really friendly and helpful!! Even when we came to get our trailer without calling first!! They were super busy and still took time to help us out. We were having our linoleum changed!!

Service is second to none. We had a communication mishap and our camper was not ready for pick up as we had planned, so the great staff at Four Seasons fixed this error by delivering our camper to our door!!!
