I liked the sales' persons assistance with choosing the camper that was suitable and affordable. There was a great selection of used trade-ins providing a variety of options. He was very knowledgeable about the business, had worked there several years, explaining the benefits of owning camper,along with details regarding water sanitation and products required. The service people responded quickly to issues
promptly and in a professional manner. The receptionist was always quick to direct inquiries to appropriate areas and people. My camper was transferred to the campground and set up upon request, being a first-time trailer owner.
I found the staff consistantly polite and co-operative.

When we traded in our trailer, I very much appreciated the help I received from everyone in the service (Graham & Troy) and parts area. I appreciated the "bridge" the guys put between the two trailers so that I could easily transfer all the stuff we had from one unit to the other. I appreciated the help when I asked for certain things to be done, especially by Trinity Smith........Trinity has always been a huge help, right from the purchase of our first trailer.....Garth was a huge help to me during the transfer process, he was working the Saturday when I was there, and I was happy when I could drive my vehicle right up to the two trailers sitting side by side in the yard!

The service is unbelievable!! We had some issues with our self levelling system at the lake and at our home. We called four seasons and explained the problem and they had someone out to check the problem ASAP. A few other small issues arose with the service being just as great.
As for out camper, we love it!!

Plain and simple, Stephane was great, Danielle was great, Garth's orientation was great, and it was an overall real good experience.

The appropriate time was taken to answer all my questions/concerns about issues with my unit. I have had my unit in for repairs 3 times in the last two years and have been satisfied with the work completed. I have been asked by a few people why I would purchase a product from a company 3.5 hours away from where I live. It's because of the service!

Very friendly sales staff. Price was great on the new trailer, well worth the trip to Virden.
Aftersales staff gave us a really good overview of the Trailer's functions, and the Delivery was excellent.
Would highly recommend Four Seasons, RV centre in Virden.

Four Seasons went above and beyond to get me into the exact camper that I wanted. When I expressed interest in a camper that was coming onto the lot my salesman went out and took pictures before the sellers truck was even unhooked from it...now that's fast!!! And he finally cleared up the mystery of GVWR!! Lastly the service was unbelievable...even after delivery you came out and fixed a blind on my used camper...who does that?? I told all my friends that story...

Coming from out of province I had very limited exposure to the unit prior to pick up. Jesse in sales recognized this and provided excellent detail on the unit prior to my arrival.
When I arrived for pick up the staff recognized that I had greater than 10hr drive ahead of me and several people worked very hard to address any deficiencies quickly and get me on the road.
Since returned home the unit has proven itself and I have already recommended Four Seasons to several individuals. Not only is the price worth the drive but the service is unlike anything I've received at other dealerships. Very impressed.
