What do you like about our products and services?

The service was prompt and extremely efficient. I sent an email out on Sunday never expecting to get a response until Monday and I had a response within the hour on Sunday answering my questions. I was called Monday morning in regards to the exact details of the trailer I was inquiring about. Your office was also willing to negotiate on prices. All the staff were extremely professional and I felt when I was in your office that I was their number one priority. I have already recommended Four Seasons to quite a few people at Sunshadows seasonal campground at Good Spirit lake.

Your service was superb. You took care of all are issues we had with water leaking under warranty. But we had another serious issue with our slide when water was coming thru the light fixtures and soaked our furniture and carpet. Your response was autopac. Now we contacted Cougar and they told us to bring it to you to assess the damage.

The level of service when we bought our trailer and now that we had a few warranty issues fixed, is way beyond our expectations. Very prompt, friendly, and fixed right the 1st time is awesome!

What do you like about our products and services?

Got a really nice trailer for a fair price. Bought it sight unseen and the salesman delivered on exactly what he said it was. The few things that had to be fixed were taken care. Excellent service. was probably one of the best experiences I have had buying something from start to finish. I recommend to everyone I know that its worth the trip out to Virden. Keep up the good work.

We were very pleased with the customer service and the fact that you supplied a vehicle at our disposal for the whole time we were there. When I send e-mails for information I get a quick response. You truly seem interested in satisfying our needs to correct anything that may be wrong with the trailer. I hope the service continues.
