Staff were very helpful. There was a lack of communication between the parts/service staff, but we got what we needed in the end, just had to make a second trip to Virden. The road service is awesome, and because you come to my campground on a regular basis, I didn't have to wait forever for warranty work on my used unit. The road service option is such a great benefit of being a four seasons customer. I will recommend you for that reason alone. I don't want to have to drag my unit to Virden for repairs :)
