The sales process if very straight forward service has been very good but have a few minor suggestions for predilivery. As in this is the second trailer with sliding doors on shower and I have had to reseal myself because they leak badly. And to insure there is no snow or debris on the slide out at pic up time when they are put in.and posible to do a walk around with customer on train in to make sure they did not forget some stuff.like plastic glide for fifth plate.
I like that you are willing to travel to do repairs, and service has been very prompt.

Made to feel important as we made our initial walk into the office. Our camper was made available to us, upon arrival & ready to be hooked up and towed. We quickly made our decision to purchase based on our needs and requests. Our new trailer was prepped by the Four Seasons staff so as we were able to be on our way home, quickly.
Our trailer, we are very happy with. Has met our needs, all necessary information on the workings of the trailer was provided by the sales staff, maintenance staff and anyone who came over to see us. Was used over the September long weekend and there are no concerns. Both Wendy and I are happy with the trailer and our interaction with Four Seasons staff, from initial email/phone call to the point of our departure from the Virden.
