Made to feel important as we made our initial walk into the office. Our camper was made available to us, upon arrival & ready to be hooked up and towed. We quickly made our decision to purchase based on our needs and requests. Our new trailer was prepped by the Four Seasons staff so as we were able to be on our way home, quickly.

Our trailer, we are very happy with. Has met our needs, all necessary information on the workings of the trailer was provided by the sales staff, maintenance staff and anyone who came over to see us. Was used over the September long weekend and there are no concerns. Both Wendy and I are happy with the trailer and our interaction with Four Seasons staff, from initial email/phone call to the point of our departure from the Virden. We will recommend to our friends or anyone who asks about our trailer, that they call or visit the web site of Four Seasons. Thank you.

The service was prompt and extremely efficient. I sent an email out on Sunday never expecting to get a response until Monday and I had a response within the hour on Sunday answering my questions. I was called Monday morning in regards to the exact details of the trailer I was inquiring about. Your office was also willing to negotiate on prices. All the staff were extremely professional and I felt when I was in your office that I was their number one priority. I have already recommended Four Seasons to quite a few people at Sunshadows seasonal campground at Good Spirit lake.

I like the service . But I sure would like and answer on want your going to do about my floor in that new camper. Hopefully very soon???????

We have been extremely impressed with the warranty work that we had done on our travel trailer. The technicians were courteous and professional.

We like that you were anle to fix our trailer and replace our awing on site. Very convenient.

First you had the product we wanted. (Crusader). The service and warranty was good.

Your service was superb. You took care of all are issues we had with water leaking under warranty. But we had another serious issue with our slide when water was coming thru the light fixtures and soaked our furniture and carpet. Your response was autopac. Now we contacted Cougar and they told us to bring it to you to assess the damage.

The level of service when we bought our trailer and now that we had a few warranty issues fixed, is way beyond our expectations. Very prompt, friendly, and fixed right the 1st time is awesome!

Got a really nice trailer for a fair price. Bought it sight unseen and the salesman delivered on exactly what he said it was. The few things that had to be fixed were taken care. Excellent service. was probably one of the best experiences I have had buying something from start to finish. I recommend to everyone I know that its worth the trip out to Virden.
