Response to questions that we emailed. Fast and efficient. Had issues with PDI. Could have been more thorough and complete before our arrival as we noticed things that needed to be fixed which delayed our departure, which we were not anticipating. Some obvious things that should have been noticed ie non functioning awaning, to name one. Other than that the service was excellent and friendly and would recommend the company to others.
We haven't tried any of your products or services yet but when we were buying a new trailer the people that work their are very friendly and they explained everything and were just so nice. They went out of their way to find us just the right trailer.
The after sales service has been great. Things that have needed attention have been attended to promptly, including sending a technician when needed, even though we bought our camper used.

I am always impressed with the helpful staff in every department, particularly the patient service department that takes the time to answer every question, however trivial, and then will demonstrate the solution if requested. This is most helpful to me as a novice trailer owner and has definitely increased the level of enjoyment of our camping experiences. The prompt on-site maintenance and repair service makes me the envy of my fellow campers at Debonair. From their tales of woe and their less-than-positive service and maintenance issues from their dealers, Four Seasons is definitely one-of-kind.

Have owned many of your trailer but service is good but not over the top. Rectified the problem for now but did not fix it for good.
You always do whatever is needed to get the job done and the product working as it is expected whenever possible! Road service does a great job at fixing the issues to the best of their ability saving you travel and down time.

Service second to none
The service was unbeilable right from my first email. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and even made some suggestions for our camper needs. Since we picked up our camper I have told everyone to call Four Seasons for any thing related to their camping needs.
You have a good product. The service is good but can use improvement. We were disappointed at the condition our trailer was left in after some warrantee work was done. It was missed on the clean up after work done. we were able to work out a deal for us to clean it but It was still a case of bringing home a dirty trailer. This is a very one sided survey.
