Everything
It took over 3 weeks for my husband to finally talk to someone to schedule an appointment for our trailer. Multiple calls and messages made to service and never received a call back. Then, we had to make multiple calls 2 days later to ask when we can finally get our trailer when it’s usually completed in one day. We had to call apologizing to the sales department out of desperation to connect with someone from your company. This is our third year completing our annual inspection and this year was the difficult to schedule and get our camper back.
Most everything concerning my service call was satisfactory. I say most everything because the one issue I had was making contact with a representative. It is almost impossible to reach anyone via telephone. You need to leave a message an hope that someone will return your call.
The phone/answering system is totally unsatisfactory.

The staff are very personable. They are friendly and remember our names. Keeps us up to date on our services. They listen to our needs and help us buy the right items. When I brought my camper last year, we were guided on the things we would def need. We used everything but the caulk which of course we don’t need yet. Extremely helpful! Thank you all at Alpin Haus! Especially Eric and Heather.
Communication needs improvement and final checks to assure things are turned back off. My Camper was in for the forever warranty inspection and I was charged for the inspection. and was never called to let me know my camper was ready for pick up until I called on a Friday and left a message. I received a call back a couple hours later and they told me I should have received a call the camper was done but I did not. Last year my faucet in the bathroom was left on and the drain was plugged so when I got to my first camping trip my bathroom flooded because I did not know they left the water on and put the plug in the sink.
Sales antics are terrible. sale tried to overcharge me for multiple items along with trying to have me sign an insurance waiver at the closing. I would never recommend this place.

I had brought my camper in because the refrigerator was not working. You were able to diagnose the problem and fix it as far as I know. I have not used the camper yet to confirm though. Anyways, the only thing I noticed is my two on board batteries were totally dead and would not move the jacks. we had to use the trucks power to lift them. It is my understanding it is not good to let these batteries totally deplete. I had gone camping prior to dropping it off and we were hooked to shore power so the batteries should have been fine. Other than this all is good.

I understand we were in a pandemic and there was a delay on everything but it would have been nice to receive calls and maybe an apology during my wait of 12 months after the promised date of my RV. If I didn't call, I didn't get any updates. Communication was almost none existing. Customer service leaves much to be desired.
Other then return calls. I have someone who’s been calling to see about a travel trailer parking spot for about 3 weeks and no one has called them back. They need to move it this month. Other wise for us, EVERYONE has been fantastic!
The staff we have dealt with have been professional, helpful, fair and honest. The service department was very thorough and followed up with our concerns.

The two gentlemen that delivered our 5th wheel were phenomenal. They hooked is up and went thru the 5th whelp from front to back, inside and out and explained every single thing. Answered every question we had. I have never had such good service!!! I am totally impressed!! Thank you for still having great customer service!!!

Repairs were not completed on time as promised. Twice. Notification of the delay was not made and repeated calls regarding the status were not answered as the phone system put me into voicemail. My voicemail inquir(ies) was not replied to and I had to call and request a contact with a manager. Communication was terrible. On the upside, the tech who took care of this minor job Chris was very professional as was Crystal who was able to answer my question by telling me the Friday morning repair would be complete by the end of the day Tuesday. Personalities at Alpn House are great, no complaints very nice professional people. But there should be a policy that If there is a delay someone Shiism reach out and let the customer know. And Answer the phones after the call is directed.
Service Department as a whole is always on top of any issues with quick assessment and resolution with very reasonable pricing.

Dave, our Salesrep, took the time to show us the campers we thought we wanted but as we went along he listened to what we really needed and showed us the perfect camper for what we needed.
During delivery, Lance and Dominic took their time with us. They answered every question (and we asked a lot) patiently. Lance spent a lot of time making sure we understood and were comfortable with every aspect of hooking up and operating our camper. Simply outstanding.
