Pickup time was at 3pm. We expected to have a walk through of the camper so we could see everything. Service was still putting this together on the camper when we arrived. It was clear sales dropped the camper on service at the last minute and told them to get the camper ready quickly because the buyer was coming. The one positive is that the gentleman from service was squared away and helpful.
They fixed our problem if the drawer not closing with an extra step to insure that it stays closed
Everybody at Alpin Haus was very friendly and was able to accommodate to my needs. They gave multiple options of similar layouts that we liked, and my representative bargained for lower prices and provided discounts. The walkthrough was very thorough and informative. The only thing was that they did not fix one of the pieces of furniture in the camper that was supposed to be fixed. Otherwise a great experience.

The service is one of the best around. I have learned that it takes time for them to get parts for repairs.
There are serious communication issues between sales and service. Service was unaware of needs that sales said we’re communicated. Each time we’ve needed assistance (on a brand new camper) it’s been as if we’re dealing by with two completely different companies that have no idea what’s going on. Working directly with service has been good so far, but it took a while to connect with them direct.

You don't do anything and NEVER EVER call us back. You never fix things that are covered by warranty BUT have no problem taking our money. That's always done right on time.

Communication between the sales and service department needs to improve. If something changes the cost of the designated parts/service amount in the final deal, it needs to be conveyed to the customer before the day of the demo. If an issue with a camper is mentioned or reported (twice) to the sales person who then informs service, the issue should be investigated/fixed before the customer arrives for the demo. "Follow thru" beforehand will prevent the customer from being discouraged or even angry the day of demo and delivery. Despite our experience with the above mentioned, Cody was very accommodating and made sure that we left knowing that any issue we had would be taken care of and the proper people were aware of what they needed to do.

Awesome service! Our slide-out broke while we were on our summer road trip. Alpin Haus Saratoga Springs was able to get us in the next day to diagnose the issue and order parts. Great follow-up and easy scheduling!
We liked the RV we selected, the thorough walk thru for the truck and motor home and the ability to work out a favorable deal with the Apine Haus agent.
