I would have said a 10 but everytime a service is done, you try to get me to have a home inspection done, I have requested SEVERAL times to quit asking me this question. If I need an inspection, I will let you Know. I already have Rodent Protection from another company. Each time you ask me for this I am going to downgrade your service!!!!!!

My technician James Lockard is excellent. He knows what he's doing and is very articulate about how to resolve issues. I have been having a mouse issue in my home and he is very well versed on how to get rid of them. I only wish that Terminix would provide him with the right traps (snap traps not the cardboard triangular glue traps). My mouse literally chewed the trap up and ran away.
