I'm only giving this score because the local tech, Eddie that serves my property is fantastic!! Always communicates what he's going to do before the service and afterwards.

Regarding your customer service when I call using the number you have listed to request something or have a question they are the WORST! I've been given incorrect information numerous time's

All has been good by Terminix people. An occasional bump in the road meant I could not give a 10. But I have used them for at least 40+years so that should tell anybody that they are very good!

You show up when you say, do not disturb me working

I do think your service rate increases are a bit high but worth it as far as I'm concerned.

Technician, Ben, always calls ahead if time to notify the date and time window he will be coming. He always asks if there are any new problems and explains what he is going to do. Terminex service has been excellent.

Your technician texts to tell me a window of when he will arrive, always comes within that period, and texts after to say what he has done. I do check my Ring to make sure work was done (my son, who had a different company, terminated their services last year xbecause camera reviews showed they weren't doing ANY spraying - this prompted me to check the Terminix work).

I like Luz Munoz who comes to do the treatment. Due to my last experience with the employee who came to do the inspection, I don’t trust what anyone tells me.

The primary reason is Carlo is very through and smart. I have not had that good luck with others from Terminex.

The communications leading up to service and the service performed is always efficient and thorough. Kevin, our technician, always does a nice job keeping our property free from BUGS!
