The technician always notifies me when and wife a day before and 30 minutes before arrival. Always ask if there is anything else that needs to be done before they start and before they leave, He always provides a detailed explanation of what he did and if we need anything just contact him at the information on the service ticket.

I believe it's a good service if we can afford the monthly amount due. It can become rather expensive. But, the techs do a good job.
