My Technician, Jimmy Pendleton, is a true professional. He is very thorough in his treatments and goes out of his way to insure I remain pest-free. I have not had a similar experience with other Terminix Technicians and hope Jimmy remains on my route. He is an asset to your company!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE, very nice man. It's hard to tell if it was completely successful right away (as he explained, it takes 2 -3 days) I think it's a little pricey. But so far, I'm pleased.

Afshin, our Terminix customer service person that comes to the house is great. He is on time, reliable, communicative before and after service, and always has a smile on his face and is very polite.
My serviceman (Carl Font) always takes care of my house when it's time for service. I never have to think about it. I know he's going to take care of it. I never see bugs inside my house. I just pay the bills when I get them in the mail.

Christina is an excellent technician, she always provides notice arrives on time communicates during her visit and makes me aware of anything that is of concern. When I have needed help with issues that come up, she is very quick to work me into her schedule and resolve the issue.
Call before hand to let you know when scheduled. Always come on a regular intervals. Like that get cobwebs down reaching a round the house.
