my family has been using terminex for years. we have always had the same guy which is comforting. it mean they take care of their employees. the service i received was nothing short of amazing. mr. wadean was so nice and thorough and all around good guy. he answered any questions i had like he was talking to a friend. this guy, awesome, precious. anyway, lifetime user for sure.

The knowledge the consultant has on the rodents were very very good. He was very professional and helpful when he came out to check on my concerns for the smell I had been experiencing. I had had a very scary experience with a roof rat being in my home a few months ago that I was afraid to stay there for a few weeks. But after the service from Terminix I don t feel afraid anymore and I also feel that when I call them they come right away to do what needs to be done.

Terrence knows the property well and always targets the areas that tend to be problematic and he thoroughly covers the entire property. He communicates any concerns that he sees and we feel very well protected and since he has been our technician we have not had any issues.
Nick, my exterminator is professional. He treats my property with respect. He is always on time. For all the years I have been using SOS he has been the technician I have had the longest. He takes his job very seriously. He is also very polite.
