The Terminix representative Randall LOVVORN always informs me when he is coming to serve my home. He arrives exactly at the time and date. He gives a written summary of the services that he has provided. He also informs if the next visit.

Dependable, effective service with technician who listens to our needs
The service that I get is very good. The technician keeps me informed and discusses any issues that I might have; he is very thorough and gives advice on how to avoid any future problems. We have not had any problems with infestations since we began the service (we had a number of problems beforehand). So no problems with the current service. So why not 10 out of 10? I had called once before to have someone come out to do an evaluation for potential access points for insects and rodents/snakes. I got a call on the day saying they wanted to re-schedule to the next day. On the next day, I got a call saying they would be two hours later than scheduled. Then 15 minutes before the expected arrival, they called again to ay they would be an hour later than that. I cancelled as I can't sit home all day awaiting an appointment. I had a local guy come and do a check and seal any cracks/holes and no longer needed the service. But definitely no problem with my current service/technician.

Always do a thorough job
As long as I have had Terminex services I have not experienced few if any bug pest. Very pleased with this outcome for both inside and out. My technician is great.
