I have had the service now for two years and I am extremely happy with it. Only one time have I seen a bug after treatment but within one day my representative came right out and took care of it so Customer Service has been amazing. I always get a reminder as well the day before my rep comes, and then the day of he always alerts to me when he’s here and before he leaves and asks if I have any issues or need anything else

Technician Raul is always friendly and has been very helpful over the years that he has been coming to our house. Not all technicians seem to enjoy what they do and are as courteous as he is.
While I believe that the service is necessary, it is still over priced. The gentlemen that apply my treatments are very nice and always do an excellent job. I will be interested to see how well it works in the warmer months, but for now I am satisfied.
