My knowledge of Terminix indicate their associates do a very good job however I have seen some that don't adhere to company policies over the years I ve had the service.
Technicians and the local customer service are fantastic. They alone are why I gave a 10.
However, accounting, 800 customer service, and customer record keeping is terrible. I'd give that portion a zero. I have been trying for years to get off an account as the contact for a client that I managed a property for. I keep getting notices, bills, and calls. The client has called in multiple times and so have I. It's ridiculous. Phone number removed - Greg
