Terminix pricing is a bit high. Also, we were under the impression that we had termite protection so when termites were found recently and that was not covered in our plan, we were not super happy.
Terminix works well with there customers and keeps us informed with the appoitments they make. They also checks on us to see if we need any additional service.
Jessica does a thorough job. She shows up on time. If I need to adjust scheduled time she easily makes it work.

Comes out whenever there is a problem in-between treatments. Technicians are very polite and communicate when they are coming via text.
We have had great service from Teminix. They are very dependable. The price is reasonable. Any time we need anything they are quick to get back to us and care for the problem asap. They cleaned out our attic which was a mess and then put new insulation in. We love Terminix and would recommend them to everyone who needs pest control.
