Charles was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He has been with Terminix for quite a number of years. He put me at ease with my situation. He will return to my house to check the status of the infestation and said he would make follow up visits until the problem is resolved.
I should mention I have been a regular customer of Terminix for 42 years!
