Orlando was the technician who thoroughly listened to my husband about the ant issue, thoroughly inspected the house and yard, and then proceeded to treat the problem, with considerable attention to our bird feeders, bird baths & preferred organic lawn/garden care.

Always does a good job. For some reason i have gotten two large roaches (they were dead) out of my house the last two days, I assume they came in from the outside when we go out, Other than that happy with service.

Your technician that has taken Jeff's place is equally as wonderful. She is kind, responsive, and explains the treatment. I recently had an influx of ants and she treated them. When they kept coming in, she was responsive and explained the treatment takes a couple of weeks to take effect and if they kept coming she'd stop by. The good news is the few I see are not healthy.

Generally good service. You need to meet commitments you make for timeframes that you state you will be providing service. If not able to meet at the arranged time, contact the customer to let them know.
