The Terminix professionals are always courteous. They ring the doorbell and ask if we have any specific pest problems that need to be addressed, and they follow up on prior visits. They eliminated a problem with carpenter bees in our deck. I have noticed a decrease in bugs since I have been using them.
Cole does a great job. Always checks in with us and provides excellent service.
