Everyone I’ve dealt with has been super nice and dedicated to their customer. I have been with this company for many years and loyalty really counts with them, and that’s a rarity these days. I credit one person especially who was my tech and worked diligently to correct a problem I had until she accomplished what she set out to do. She has since been promoted to a supervisory position with the company, well deserved, in my area.

Winston came within the window he said he was coming and he was nice and did the interior treatment first then he did the exterior. He came and did the work quickly and thorough and I had a positive experience. He also announced when he would come again. Mahalo!

Our technician, Justin, is proactive, responsive, friendly, and professional. He is flexible in dealing with our schedule and is very good at giving feedback and advice.
Friendly service, knowledgeable technicians, and they treat my yard as if it were their own. Terminix has more treatment options included for the same price as other bug companies I’ve used. The technician even went out of their way to check a crawl space for me, and got me in touch with an inspector to ensure there wasn’t anything funky going on. Overall great service and I’m very happy with their work.
Timothy Mason our technician was very thorough: Removing spider webs all around our home and he also removed wasp nests. He asked about inside, but we had no issues. We appreciate Timothy and Terminix for fantastic pest control,
I find their services to be overpriced, especially for seniors/retirees who have to try to live on a fixed income that hasn't kept up with inflation for way too many years. I also thing that they should offer discounts to military/veterans/seniors. Their minimal discounts for paying a year in advance could easily be larger and their billing practices for those who do need to be revised so that they do not receive a bill at the end of their contract that says that because they raised their priced during the contract period, they now owe additional monies when the price paid at the beginning of the contract is the contract price, regardless of price increases levied during the term of that contract.
