Our service technician was always on time and notified us prior to his arrival.
Our technician, Loron, was fantastic, punctual, professional and very through. He listen to our recent ant issues, explain how his treatment was going to work and how long it would take to resolvethe issue. We are very happy with his expertise and highly recommend him for anyone needing pesticide work.

We've been using Terminix for decades (not an exaggeration). We like that they always come when we call for no extra charge, they have many ways to solve the problems, they seem to hire good people - we've never had a technician that we didn't like.
And when I called for this latest issue, a real person answered the phone and helped me with everything. Not a long menu process, not an AI bot, a real human. That makes a difference.

John Gaona provides some of the best customer service. Always great to see him to catch up a bit while he provides great service on my home. Haven't had any issues with insects or rodents to date. He always mentions that if there are any issues to just give him a call. I appreciate the service and availability. Always does great work on the outside of my home as well to take down cob webs and stuff. The affordable pricing makes it even better. Thank you guys! I really appreciate everything you guys do!

David is wonderful and reliable! We're always glad to see him! We have a terrible flea problem in our yard due to a neighbor having many stray cats. This recurring terminix treatment is the only thing that keeps our dogs sane during the warmer months. It has made a huge difference!
