The service works. Communication is great because Terminex texts me to alert me of when the service will take place with a couple of days notice. Once the service is complete, they text and email a report of what they found, what they sprayed.They also take a photo of the house,front and back to ensure they closed up the side gate for me. They also contact me to schedule a free inspection every few months to see if any other service is needed. A service you can trust.
They try and solve all of the problems you have in your home and property.
My tech, Hugo is very through and very respectful. He is very efficient at his job.
Excellent customer care
No problem with pests AT ALL since using Terminix. Tech always shows up on time, asks if I need anything in particular, lets me know the results of the visit.
My representative hand was patient and listened carefully as I got another bill due date. I made a call before my last service visit last week to clarify my amount due. She checked into the account and cleared things up so now I have an accurate amount due date.
Please note that we choose to pay annually so we are up to date for the whole year.
