When the technician comes, he swept all the windows to remove the spiders; even if I call them between the regular inspections, Terminix is honoring my request (which happened once last year). I do recommend their services.

Your technicians are both knowledgeable and personable. Your treatments have been effective at keeping termites and other pests off my property. Cristian Jaimes has been particularly helpful recently, spraying wasps off our eaves and providing us with advice. Eduardo Cruz IV has also been really helpful in the past with treating our building and providing advice. Thanks to both!

Terminix has been reliable for a lot of years at my residence . The maintenance of keeping scheduled tasks of service has been helpful. With this recent heat wave in weather temperatures has increased pests recently. Recent service call helped with this issue. And I was told if other issues come up due to the that ... just call and the technician will appear again to follow up. Appreciated.
