Mike Boone is real good at keeping the ants away from my house. He always calls me a day or two before he does my service and he he calls me again when he is on the way the day of my service and after he is done Mike explains what he did and what he finds. Very friendly and knows his job well.

The technician has always been professional and easy to deal with, both our longtime technician, Dave, and his new replacement upon his retirement. My only reason not to give a 10 is that the price has continued to increase, and the service we need is minimal. Once Termiinix sealed the foundation of the house, we have had no insect or mouse intrusion at all.
