I've been very pleased with the service. Communication is excellent—they always let me know when they're arriving, keep me updated on what was completed, and promptly address any concerns around the property.
During the most recent visit, they treated the yard to help prevent flea activity before the summer season, took care of ant activity along the driveway, and removed wasp nests near the front door. I also appreciate the extra attention to detail, such as extending the barrier treatment around problem areas and providing clear instructions afterward to ensure the treatment is as effective as possible.
The professionalism, thoroughness, and proactive approach give me confidence that my property is being well cared for. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable pest control.

Our service technician, Sean, is excellent. He texts the date, calls 30 minutes before arrival, and thoroughly treats our property.
He is the only tech we have had which we appreciate. He has built our trust, and represents the company effectively.
As seniors, we will stay with Terminx as long as we can afford to stay.

Excellent customer service skills
The technician was very knowledgeable about the different pest that were surrounding the property. He also gave us insight on things we needed to do inside the home to assist with keeping insects out.
I needed service earlier than scheduled and my request was accommodated to get rid of wasps in front of my door.
