Always on time
The same pest control technician has been assigned to me for many years. He always lets me know when he's planning to come to service my home, and is flexible when it's not a good time for me. The last time he was scheduled to come I forgot to shut my dogs inside the house while I was gone, and he graciously offered to return in a few hours after I got home. It's important to him that my dogs are not exposed to the pesticides, even when they are inside the house. I appreciate his concern, and his consistency.
They are on time when they say they are coming. We haven't had a bug problem since joining.
Field customer service rep was professional, respectful, polite, and helpful. I pay a monthly fee, but services are provided every 3 months. That is the only reason I didn't give a 10.

Ryan ,our representative from Terminix, lets me know if is schedule is good with my schedule and then let’s me when he’s here and when he’s finished and his findings.
