My Terminex representative is always available to answer questions and provide service for me when I need him. He checks all the areas I may need extra maintenance. Lastly, he will change our day and time if I need to. Great service.
I have been using Terminix for 10 years and have never had a problem with any kind of pests. If I have any concerns all I have to do is call my technician and he comes out and takes care of the issue. I would not switch services for anything.

The primary reason I gave a high score is because of the Terminix representative Jesse Short. He provides excellent service and is very thorough and knowledgeable and he has just an all-around nice guy. I would recommend this service to anyone.!
We have been a Terminix customer for more than 10 years. During that time, we have had excellent results in minimizing the presence of pests such as insects and mice...problems we wrestled with before Terminix. The Terminix technicians have been friendly and professional throughout the years and we appreciate their communication skills as well as their technical skills.
Micheal is amazing, he is fast courteous, and answers all my questions. Even when he’s not at the house he responds quickly to me

If it, this survey, was based solely on your service tech Joel it would be a solid "11" but trying to reach anyone (to speak with) by phone is really difficult. I have been on "hold" numerous times for at least 6 mins before hanging up & trying another (of your many phone numbers) to contact someone about a billing question. I understand you have a "text" option but I prefer a person to 'speak' with. I have been with Terminix for many years now and this is the first time I have had issues trying to speak with someone. Thank you for your time & hopefully looking into this absence of response (on the phone calls).
Your service at our home recently was friendly, honest, and efficient. It is too early to really tell if the pests have been terminated, though.
