We were extremely impressed with the customer service both xavier Ruiz and Jesus Tafoya provided. They showed us the type of service we remember getting 30 years ago when we first became customers of Terminix. They exemplify the type of employees everyone should try to strive for. We have struggled with Terminix as a company lately as we dislike that every attempt we make to get service goes to a central call center and we are told they will inform the local office and we don’t get responses. Xavier and Jesus both had great communication with us over the weekend and worked to help us in a professional manner to address our current pest issue.
Lance is second to none in level of service he provides. We have had 2 other, less expensive services come to our door already this season. Lance is the reason we stay with Terminix.
