This month someone showed up in a Capeleuto vehicle. He said the last resident had him spray inside. We didn't need the inside & he was gone in less than 3 minutes. 4-5 days later someone else showed up. This made very nervous. How do we know the person who comes is legitimate?

I have been a Cooper Pest Control client for many years. I feel their service is excellent, as are their representatives. I am presently having a problem with ants and the Cooper Rep, Randy, is very helpful, dedicated and thorough.
Cooper promptly took care of the wasp dauber nest problem the next day and relieved my worry. The technician was very courteous and informative. I will certainly use them again if we have any further insect problems.

I’m happy that your company has responded each time I’ve requested service…having said
that;
the last person who came to my house wasn’t as professional as I had been accustomed to. He sprayed inside my house for ants by swishing spray over the kitchen floor & a throw rug by my sink like he was watering a lawn? I was stunned by that- pest companies I had before sprayed around the molding & corners of infected areas? He did spray at parts of the molding but was like a hit or miss swish of spray here or there.
I realize you squeezed my service in because I was going on vacation but I really wasn’t impressed by your service person -neither was my sister who was sitting at my kitchen table as he sprayed like watering a lawn around the floor & rug by where she was sitting
because I have cats I had to ask if harmful to pets which he said yes & to let dry as he walked out of my house after spraying around my floor-rug & by cats food dishes you think he would have mentioned harmful to pets? I immediately washed my pet dishes after he left. Which if told about being harmful I would have removed before he sprayed.
Hope this was just an off day for this service person & hope he is careful when spraying chemicals inside other houses and warns if harmful to pets without having to be asked.
