The primary reason is their customer service. We’ve been customers of Terminex for 20+ years. If ants return after treatment, so does Terminex soon after we call. Always reminded a few days before treatment, a reminder the day of the service and a text when our tech is on her/his way. We have truly been satisfied in all the years we’ve been using them.
