We’ve had the service now for about 39 years! We were 1st time owners of our newly built home that had no landscaping at all, grounds were nothing but dirt. After living there for a few weeks we came home to an evasion of ants (obviously the house was built over “the ant’s” territory!!). We’ve maintained TERMINIX service since then.
Well, the rating is partial relative to the early experience. Communication has been good, professional, and prompt. The first treatment has seemed to improve conditions.
I don't talk termites with people very often, if the conversation comes up I will tell who takes care of my termites, and how friendly they are, and how good a job you do.
Andrea, as well as your other technicians, are communicative and detailed. She provides us advance notice of upcoming service and asked if we have any specific needs. She describes what she noticed and completed while servicing the home. There is no push to buy additional products or services but mentions concerns when relevant.
