I was not available during the service so only the outside was sprayed. In the past great results. I have no comments. There must have been some confusion to scheduling, because I usually wake up after 0900 because of medication requirements. All in all I’m always pleased with SOS Exterminating.

While I’m not crazy about the big company take over of Terminix (we were with a smaller company that was bought out), I do appreciate the personal service that Kolby Short provides. His communication is always clear and he takes the time to check-in with me before & after treatment. He goes above and beyond and I very much appreciate his candor and transparency.
