The carpets are not soaked and dry fast. Zerorez can remove most spots although two did not remove on my carpet.

Everything about my experience with ZeroRez has been amazing. The scheduling was quick and the estimate was accurate; the technician (Cody) called me 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way; when Cody showed up he was professional, well groomed and he took very good care of my house. After he was done there was a low pressure sales pitch for a couple of products that I happily purchased. The carpet looks and smells amazing and I highly recommend using ZeroRez-pittsburgh.

Does a good cleaning job and good worker.
Only complaint was from service last year the rug protector didn't protect the rug and a red drink was spilled and immediate cleaned but the rug was stained. Disappointed in rug protection. Family room and master bedroom ruined.

We have had our carpets and now our air ducts cleaned by Zerorez. The process is so fast and affordable! Both Zerorez employees that have come to our house have been incredibly nice and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience either time!
