The technician (Joseph) could not have been better. Product worked great on a horrible stain that has been in the rug for over 4 years (which had not come out at all with another service. Rug "feels" clean. I already recommended you to a co-worker.

These were tough carpets to clean in our rental. The technician went above and beyond in trying to restore these carpets. he was very conscientious in doing the best he could, and it was appreciated.

The service technicians were so friendly and very thorough. They constantly asked our feedback and whether we were satisfied at the end. They did a great job and we are extremely pleased. The carpets look like new!

i believe hunter was his name but he way beyond professional. I remodeled my entire home. i refinished all my walls 27 5 gallon buckets of drywall mud to be exact and i am 100% confident my house is drywall dust free

Zerorez did a great job on our dirty carpet!
They called when they said they would, they showed up when they said that they would, and they were fast!! Not pushy!
I will definitely have them back when my carpet needs to be cleaned again.

Cody was the one who cleaned our carpets. He was very kind and did a great job! The carpets looked great when he was finished. We have a puppy and Cody was able to get the little stains out that she has made. Definitely will use this company again in the future!
