The carpets looked great after the cleaning. Your rep told us when he got to my house that he accidentally backed the truck over my lawn, which we said was ok. However whenever we finally left the house later in the day, we realized that the truck actually put deep grooves in my lawn. I plan to have my lawn replaced this spring, otherwise it would have been a big problem.

It was quick and it cleaned some very dirty carpets. I will be using Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning needs. Also, the price was quite reasonable.

I like that you only use water, no chemicals. The carpet looks perfectly clean now. The dirt and spots have all been removed.

The carpets smelled fresh and clean when Cody was done cleaning them. He did manage to get some of the high traffic areas cleaner than they were, though the carpet is very old. I was happy with the results!

Cody came and cleaned our carpets and he did an amazing job! I thought there was no hope what so ever but they look brand new! He didnt tey to push us to buy anything extra but he asked! I ened up getting the powder that you dilute with water and it works! With 3 small children and a dog im impressed!! Will definitely use zero rez in the future and i highly recommend them!

Our technician was so professional and when we had a stain that initially wouldn't come out, he recommended a different product that he garaunteed would work and gave it to us at a discounted price. He was right, it did work. Now our carpets have never looked better, and our technician was quick, efficient, and very friendly.

Appreciated technician working with me regarding the stains in my sun room. Treatment did not totally take care of the problem, but he made an adjustment to the charge for the biological treatment that kept the whole thing reasonable. Perfection is hard to find in this world, I got a reasonable outcome at a reasonable price which is what I was looking for.

The staff are very nice, efficient and take special care to only improve the house rather than leave any additional marks. We've had Zerorez come twice now and have no complaints.

The staff (Andrew and Nick) were very professional, courteous, and represented Zerorez with very high standards. My carpets were beautiful when they finished and I appreciate that no chemicals were left on my carpets to attract dirt and dust.
