MY experience with zerorez today was so great. Matt, the fella who cleaned my carpets and couch was so great. He was personable, walked me through everything that was happening and did a fantastic job. I have 2 dogs who like to rub their bodies in the dirt then come and rub their bodies on my couch so the couch needed a lot of work but now it looks brand new. I couldn't have been happier with the results.

The technician was very prompt (came on the front end of the given time window), friendly and informative, and most importantly was done with the job even quicker than estimated! The carpets basically looked new again, and the whole process was very easy.

That they are green and safe for my kids

Our technician was very efficient and courteous I was getting the service down for my daughter and future son-in-law's home he took them both around explained everything h was going to do and what all was involved. I was surprised that only one technician came but he was super efficient.
