The tech Christian was great! He explained everything in detail. No surprises. Price was as he quoted. He explained that my traffic areas were a tough clean. However, I did have a higher expectation that they would look better than they do. This will not, though, keep me from recommending ZeroRez to my friends and family. I love the fact that there is no residue. And dried very quickly.
Very low maintenance and does a great job
The professionalism and care that the two Zerorez service technicians showed me was outstanding. Not only that, they did an excellent job. My carpet feels and looks so clean and soft. Yucky doggy odor is gone, and I love walking on them again.

No harsh chemicals
The technician was on-time. He took a 17 yr old carpet and made it look almost new!! No harsh smells. Wonderful!
Service was prompt and fast. Mr. Joseph Bizic was courteous and explained the process. He explained the cost and gave us options. He was able to remove the blue laundry detergent stains on our carpet and cleaned the rest of the carpet very well. We are very happy with the turnout and will definitely get his services again. We will also recommend this company to our friends.

Nick and Anthony were very thorough and actually were ahead of schedule and came early. Nick was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I was blown away by the end result. My carpets and furniture looked brand new!! I like the fact that your cleaner is safe on all kinds of upholstery and carpets. Nick went the extra mile and made sure any spots that we saw after the initial cleaning were removed and that he was not leaving until we were satisfied with the end result.
