Mark the technician explained the process thoroughly. The prep work , to protect doors, walls was great . Competitors have never done that! Also the barrier placed on the doorway to the outside was great . Again , something your competitors don't do. Carpet was damp at the end , not soaked like other companies. I will definatley recommend your services and use you again.
