I was very impressed with the informative customer service when I called to receive a quote and schedule our appointment. On the day of the appointment, Nate was professional and kind. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job! Our carpets had stains that we could not remove after several attempts ourselves, and are so pleased they are now gone! We are so happy with our carpets that feel like new! We love that there was no chemical smell. Excellent service overall, and we will definitely be calling again in the future!

The products from Zerorez had a pleasurable smell and the stains came out. I am afraid that one area I might be able to smell urine a little and not the fault of Nick. Nick was a wonderful, personable and professional person I would gladly let him service anyone of my friends and family. If I had to use a carpet cleaning company again I would definitely call Zerorez.
